Where We Deliver

Zero1 Soda currently delivers across India. We ship from our warehouses in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and the delivery partner servicing your pin code. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase — no hidden charges.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided by our delivery partners at checkout and vary based on your location. As a general guide:

• Metro cities and nearby areas tend to receive orders faster
• Remote or rural pin codes may take additional time

The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is the best available estimate from the delivery partner at the time of order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order status at any time using the link or by contacting us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@zero1soda.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
